Drapery uses the most reliable courier services in India and overseas (DHL Express) to deliver the product to your destination.
Should your destination be inaccessible Drapery will ensure alternate courier services are used. We request you to provide your full address at the time of order with the pin-code, and a primary and an alternate contact number in order to make the delivery process smooth and efficient.
Shipping Cost
For domestic shipping, all our products prices are inclusive of GST and if there is any additional tax that should be taken by the buyer,
For International Shipping, shipping charges will cover only the shipping cost and do not cover the customs or VAT charges, based on the country of import the charge should be bared by the buyer of the product.
For Shipping Within India, We offer free shipping.
For international shipping, shipping and any additional charges will be added according to the country of delivery and the shipping charges will be reflected on the checkout page of our website.
Transit Time and Charges
Your order may take up to 10 working days from the date of receipt of order to the actual date of dispatch, you may also be notified the approximate delivery time after your purchase. If you require any products to be delivered on any particular date, please write to us. We will try our best to deliver on the requested date.
Please note the delivery times are estimates only and we cannot be held accountable for unforeseen circumstances such as unexpected travel delays from the carrier, bad weather conditions, riots, pandemics or any acts of god.
Return Transit Policy
The right to accept returns is solely the decision of Drapery. In case returns are made by customers where there has been no fault on part of Drapery, the entire shipping cost must be borne by the customers. Products thus returned must be unused and should be in original condition and packaging. Also courier services of Reputable standards must be used and the liability rests entirely on the sender in the event of the loss of product while shipping the product back.
